My property manager Leticia is the best! She is so professional and definitely cares that the rental process goes smoothly. She even went out of her way to mail me a misdirected package that ended up at my vacant property!! Mario was very helpful with my initial onboarding process ans made sure I clearly understood the agreement. Other staff that I dealt with were responsive and courteous. Let just say that Paola from billing and Eli from customer success were more than helpful. They were both amazing. We were having a tough time with tenants and they took care of everything. Great property management company! I have a couple properties managed by Bahia, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and the responsiveness.
